Actually, I'm just guessing here. We drove through the parking lot on a Thursday at 5pm and it was packed. So, we had to go somewhere else. Looking forward to going here, maybe on a Tuesday.
Great place! Fantastic wait staff, amazing setting, good food and drink with reasonable prices. Very popular! Parking can become constrained at busiest times. Not too noisy so mostly good for conversation. Will go again!
The enchiladas were not to my satisfaction. Instead of cheddar cheese, they used white cheese and simply poured sauce over the two enchiladas. Perhaps my expectations were too high being I am from San Antonio, Texas where TexMex is the norm.
If the proprietors of Pompeyo's ever travel to Texas I sincerely hope they have an opportunity to dine at Mama Margie's.
