“Great service! Even when the line is super long, they have your ice cream out in minutes! Very polite, and great to stop by on the way home. They have a drive though and a walk up window, along with a few picnic benches to sit down and enjoy. They have hudsonville icecreams, softserve dole treats, and even dinner items. Very yummy!“

“We went to the location on Plainfield this evening for dinner. We were greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant. Everyone seemed very friendly and the restaurant was clean. Chris the manager took our order, and let me tell you that he’s a wonderful person. I had a few questions as it has been a while since we’ve been to Freddy’s. Chris was very friendly and answered my questions w/out me feeling like I was bothering. The food was hot, the onion rings were awesome. I can’t recommend this location enough. I ordered ice cream to take home to the grandkids, the manager included a few toppings for them. I appreciate you so much! Awesome manager.. awesome customer service.. great food. Stop on in if you’re in the area!“

“I must say this chain is by far the best fast food available!! But to top it off the manager here at this location Alyssa is hands down the absolute best manager of any restaurant/fast food establishments I have ever experienced! Bravo Alyssa, thank you for going above and beyond!“

“We found Jamnbean totally by accident and boy am I glad that we did! The ice cream is amazing, and what a delightful small place to eat your ice cream. I cannot wait to come back and try all of the flavors. The sweet girl serving us was adorable and the owner himself spoke to us. I give them five stars and two thumbs up!“

“We've been going to the ice cream Caboose since it first opened & now we bring our babies there! The Caboose always has great food, delicious treats, and wonderful staff! It's the perfect addition to our little community! 10/10 recommend!“
