“Great service! Even when the line is super long, they have your ice cream out in minutes! Very polite, and great to stop by on the way home. They have a drive though and a walk up window, along with a few picnic benches to sit down and enjoy. They have hudsonville icecreams, softserve dole treats, and even dinner items. Very yummy!“

“Doug and his son, Thomas, are quite possibly the most learned coffee connoisseurs I’ve ever met. They know the science behind how to roast the perfect coffee and passionately desire for all coffee drinkers to not settle for anything less. They are a wealth of knowledge and their offerings are thoughtfully the highest quality.“

“We went to the location on Plainfield this evening for dinner. We were greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant. Everyone seemed very friendly and the restaurant was clean. Chris the manager took our order, and let me tell you that he’s a wonderful person. I had a few questions as it has been a while since we’ve been to Freddy’s. Chris was very friendly and answered my questions w/out me feeling like I was bothering. The food was hot, the onion rings were awesome. I can’t recommend this location enough. I ordered ice cream to take home to the grandkids, the manager included a few toppings for them. I appreciate you so much! Awesome manager.. awesome customer service.. great food. Stop on in if you’re in the area!“
