“We had just received our ice cream cones when a motorcycle went by and the driver revved the engine, it was so loud it startled us all. It startled our 5 year old son enough that he crushed his cone and his ice cream hit the side walk, he was so upset, he started crying. my wife said to the lady "we are going another cone". The lady said "we got this" and before she finished the sentence a hand came out the window with another cone!! They don't even charge us for the replacement cone! I'd say that's top notch service!!! Thank you!!!

You just need to talk to the employees so they know what was wrong so they can find a solution. Highly recommend their Dole Whip (lactose free). They offer Vanilla, Raspberry, Pineapple & Strawberry“

“Had my 5 year olds birthday party at the pump house for an “ice cream for breakfast theme” before they opened. The staff was amazing to work with and helped with anything we needed. We did arts and crafts and did a Taylor Swift dance party. 10/10 recommend.“

“We rented a Bumblebee Ice Cream Cart for our wedding instead of serving cake and it was a huge hit with our guests! The cart is so cute and a really fun and unique wedding dessert option. There were plenty of options to choose from so we had a great variety and they provided some dairy free and gluten free popsicles for guests that needed it. Amy was great to work with for coordinating everything. Delivery was easy and on time and we ended up returning the cart ourselves a few days later since we couldn't leave anything at the venue overnight which was a convenient option. Great experience!“

“If you are looking for candy or other type of sweet treat this is definitely the place to go. Quite a large selection for a small shop, including lots of the old-fashioned favorites. They also have ice cream shaved ice popcorn flavor is galore, and more. The lady behind the counter was also very friendly and extremely helpful.“

“The only person who enjoyed the food was our dog. We waited almost 25 minutes for 2 hot dogs with cheese and bacon and an order of mozzarella sticks. Everything was lukewarm and gross. The table before us had been in there and still waited 25 minutes for some chili cheese fries. 3 workers present but only one doing anything. We won’t be back.“

“stopped by today to get my son some ice cream, i didn't get the workers name but he was very nice, i told him that my son has a peanut allergy and with a good attitude he said he would go to the back to prepare my son ice cream to make sure we didn't have cross contamination . I appreciate him for that.“

We ended up eating quickly and leaving due to the temperature inside the restaurant.

“The ice cream is delicious (I love the Sorta Sweet salted caramel bourbon with toffee), the staff is friendly and quick, the portions generous, the prices are fair, and the location is ideal for stopping in during a bike ride in from the White Pine Trail.
The parking lot is often crowded with kids, because it's a place for people more than for cars, but it's only ~100 yards from the Rogue River Park trailhead lot at 6252 Belmont Rd. Park there and walk in, a tiny bit of activity makes the ice cream taste better!“
