“The only person who enjoyed the food was our dog. We waited almost 25 minutes for 2 hot dogs with cheese and bacon and an order of mozzarella sticks. Everything was lukewarm and gross. The table before us had been in there and still waited 25 minutes for some chili cheese fries. 3 workers present but only one doing anything. We won’t be back.“

“I am gluten-free and soy-free. For the first time ever, I was able to eat a waffle cone and pick any ice cream in the case! We were so excited with the quality and service, we bought two pint of the month memberships!

“I purchased the sampler and was able to try four flavors. I choose salted caramel, chocolate with oreos, vanilla with pretzels and I don’t remember the last flavor. Each flavor was delicious. I think more ice cream shops should have a sampler option.“

“I live north of this Crumbl and do not get into Grand Rapids often. I was recently visiting Milwaukee and my sister introduced me to Crumbl. The next time I was near GR we made certain to pick up some cookies and brought a treat to my elderly mum-in-law. My favorite is the lemon cookies.“

“Went there today because I had a craving for some donuts. Not only were the donuts excellent the service was top notch! Very friendly and the woman who helped me was the sweetest! Definitely going back. 10/10!“
“We rented a Bumblebee Ice Cream Cart for our wedding instead of serving cake and it was a huge hit with our guests! The cart is so cute and a really fun and unique wedding dessert option. There were plenty of options to choose from so we had a great variety and they provided some dairy free and gluten free popsicles for guests that needed it. Amy was great to work with for coordinating everything. Delivery was easy and on time and we ended up returning the cart ourselves a few days later since we couldn't leave anything at the venue overnight which was a convenient option. Great experience!“

“They took a very long time to process my order, even though the appetizers were delicious. I was forced to wait for an hour even though there were only three customers in front of me when I placed my order. They got their orders right away, and I was still there waiting. I just had ordered cream-topped strawberries and nachos with cheese.“

“We LOVE cone world! One of our favorite spots in the spring/ summer! Everything there is so delicious, and we always have great service! Nothing like eating an ice cream cone, in the topless Jeep, after our sons baseball games. We look forward to it every week!“

“i don’t love fast food so i was really surprised how good this place was! the salad i ordered was fresh and tasty, the chicken was really decent quality and my boyfriend loved his chicken sandwich and frozen custard mixer. the service was super fast and friendly, and the space was clean and looked new.“
