“Member of the kilwins chain of ice cream and chocolate shops. You can get ice cream with a large selection here - scoops are absolutely HUGE! I like that you can get a waffle bowl which lets you eat waffle but not get all covered in drips. I can't possibly finish my ice cream in a single serving. Ice cream flavors are chocolate and Carmel leaning not very surprisingly, but they do have fruit. They also have a large selection of chocolates, it's a good place to get a gift, and everyone's favorite candy apples and Michigan style fudge! I think at one point we bought a candy apple and were a bit disappointed to find out it was red inside but this would be my only concern. Two Updates: Thank you Maria, business owner, for the very professional correction of the apple color mistake below! Love it! I also found out the recent trip to Kilwins was actually because my partner wanted to secretly get an ice cream cake for my birthday. He got the coconut flake ice cream cake which has a chocolate cake layer and a chocolate layer inside and amazing frosting. It is to die for!“
“It’s pretty decent, filling most definitely. However, it’s a tad bit pricy, costed about $10 for 2 hotdogs and a Shake. But, very friendly store and it’s pretty niceAlso, chilli cheese fries are pretty goodKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly“
“We drive the distance to go to Tastefull Vegan every chance we get! We love the soft serve vegan ice cream (even better than dairy, in our opinion), and the service is always excellent! Thank you for being one of our favorite outings—you never disappoint! Blessings on your work and ministry!“
“Who doesn't love Crumbl??? The weekly menu is so fun! I'm always excited to see what will be on it. The classic sugar cookie is a must for me every time, SO good! My sister had the mini cookies at her wedding and it was a big hit. Don't walk, RUN to Crumbl if you've never had it.“
“We stopped after a visit to House Rules across the street, and.the Happy Cat Cafe before that, and it was fantastic as always. I tried their Amaretto Cherry for the first time, and absolutely loved it.Kid-friendliness: Many traditional favorite flavors, but plenty of fun ones for the more adventurous kids or for grown-ups.“
“This is our go to chili dog place! Feels like family when you walk in and hands down the best chili dogs in the greater grand rapids area! The half stan is a genius idea- you get a frosted mug rootbeer and once it's half way gone you bring it up for a scoop of vanilla ice creama and then you have a root beet float dessert!“
“Excellent crispness of the amazing old fashioned and sour cream donuts. The chocolate is the best ever and variety is top-notch! The staff is so wonderful and always are so welcoming and help me count how many left. This should be #1 in Grand Rapids!!! Family owned with love and care!“
“This was a fun place for the kids, as they got to select from about 15 different flavors of frozen yogurt and then proceed to a seemingly endless buffet of toppings which included, fruits, nuts, candies of all sorts, sauces, hot fudge, and more. You are charged by weight, so consider that when adding those chunks of cookie dough topping to your creation! Overall a fun place.“
“Frosty boy is our favorite icecream place. They have every kind of icecream, good pricing and the most kind and caring staff. The last time we were there our 2 year old fell and dropped and crushed her slurpy and without us needing to ask the staff told us they would make her a new one at no charge right away!“
“We live in the neighborhood and love that there is an ice cream shop easily walkable. Great selection and the best service!I very much appreciate them giving out peppermint ice cream at Holidays in the Heights, I hadn’t had it in years and this was the BEST I’ve had! Thanks for being an awesome part of the community.“
“This experience is pretty good. I got a chocolate ice cream on a hot summer day in Michigan, and it was affordable, had decent portions, and was made with love by the employees there, who were extremely awesome. Overall, this place is very awesome. ? (I couldn't get a photo as that ice cream was good)“
“Love the ice cream. Whenever I'm on this side of town and have time to stop at Frosty Boy, I do! If the weather is nice- be prepared to wait; wait to order, and then wait for your order. Easily a hour wait. Worth it every time! I wish they were open later.“
“Not sure whether it was the euphoria of eating a full meal after moving house but those were the best french fries I have ever eaten in my entire life, no exaggeration. Burger and ice cream were good too. Leftovers tasted almost as good the day after, too. I'm very glad I found this place.“
“LOVE Gregg’s homemade ice creams and ices. Truly the best I have ever had! He comes up with some unique flavors and is always creating new ones. Nice portions as well. His shop is cute and easily accessible. I highly recommend Barry G’s if you want a very special treat!“
“Hidden gem! I was searching for a place to get ice cream year round and found Tsitsiki's! They have a little bit of everything: frutas, aguas frescas, ice cream, milk shakes, paletas, elote, and other snacks like walking tacos. I ordered the melonmix and a watermellon aquas fresca. It was so good! I can't wait to come back and try some of their other treats!Parking: Clean dining area and parking on site.“
“Cash or check only ice cream shop, serving Hudsonville ice cream and Ashby's Sterling ice cream. It also has a lot of options for soft serve, shakes, sundaes, and malts. The wait is usually only a few minutes, and there are ample benches in front or tables in back.“
“I love this place. It’s a hidden gem and took me a while to notice despite living nearby. The staff is always friendly and the food always beats my expectations. They do run out of food if you come later in the day, but everything we have gotten has been so tasty. The Reece’s flurry is my go to since McDonald’s got rid of theirs. So good.“
“Bought some treats to take home to office and family - taffy and some "sea foam." Service was great. A nice young person handled my purchase without having me wait in the counter line high was great! Sea foam was not really what I was expecting, but everyone liked it nonetheless. Taffy was also tasty.“
“Furniture City Creamery is my go-to spot for ice cream in town. They make their own ice cream, ice cream sandwiches, and even have pup cups for dogs! What I love most is that their menu changes every day, so there's always something new to try. Plus, they always have a couple of vegan options. Don't miss out on this place if you're an ice cream fan!“
“Great ice cream and one of our favorite spots to meet mom/grandma and have some ice cream. Lots of variety and generous portions.Just want to give a shout out to whoever was working Sunday (9/10/23) around 4ish. She was by herself and all of a sudden there was a big rush. She handled it with grace, a smile, did not get flustered, and was super apologetic about the wait. I was thrilled to see her get help as we finished our ice cream as it was a steady line of 7 or 8 people for the hour or so we were there.“
“I ordered the toffee doodle and it blew my mind. The second I had one at the upheavel concert, I looked up where you guys are located and if I can order from them. Seriously, so delicious and so creative. I already followed and shared on fb. This will be my new favorite place.“
“I've been here a handful of times and have been satisfied with my experience each time. The person serving was very nice and she makes great drinks. There is a large variety of drinks and food on the menu. I have had the iced matcha smoothie, bagel BLT, and a dirty chai latte and have thoroughly enjoyed it.“
“Only fast food restaurant I'll eat at. A little pricier than average, but it's better quality and I'll gladly pay the difference.Kid-friendliness: It's a place I feel comfortable bringing my 6 year old. We visit Culver's on average 2-3x a month. I really love their kids meals come with a free scoop of ice cream“
“I'm thrilled to share my experience at Cone World! I took a chance on this new ice cream shop in my neighborhood, and boy, am I glad I did. The ice cream creations on their extensive menu are a delight. I opted for the small Snickers flurry, and what stood out was the generous amount of snicker pieces without asking for extra. And let's talk about the portion size - it was massive for a small, not that I'm complaining - I loved it!My husband went for the banana split, and I have to admit, I was a bit envious when I saw it. All those classic flavors and sauces combined beautifully, and it looked absolutely scrumptious. According to him, it tasted even better than it looked, which is saying something! Here's another plus: Cone World has a drive-thru and accepts credit cards, making it incredibly convenient. The staff was friendly and provided quick service, making the experience even more enjoyable.Without a doubt, I'll be recommending Cone World to anyone who's looking for a delightful summer treat. Next time, I might just give that banana split a try - it's hard to resist after hearing such great things from my husband!“
“Sweet Rewards has and continues to be the go to place for ice cream treats in the Cutlerville area!!! The chocolate shakes are delicious!!! Had there chili dogs as well!!! Everything on the menu is very good!!!Very popular and busy ice cream shop!!!“
“Diana the manager is so knowledgeable! She is the only one (from any location) that told us we could get a cup of Toppings instead of the Icecream. She gave us the ingredients list so we could see what my kid could have. I'm so impressed! My kid was so extremely excited!!Dietary restrictions: Diana the manager is so knowledgeable! “The service rating has to do with the delivery serviceI which was by Doordash. I live literally across the road from PJ'S and it took over a half hour for the delivery. Doordash driver said his directions were wrong. Pizza was cold. Warmed up in microwave and it was still good.“
“It was our first time and shop was real cute and had nice seats inside. Libby was the only one working at the time and she was so kind and caring. She paid attention to details and went to the back to check when I asked if they had any coffee flavor. She found Oreo Espresso and it was delicious! Libby deserves a raise since it is absolutely a blessing to have a staff like her who genuinely care. It was so refreshing to see how she was working. It is rare to see nice people like her nowadays. Thanks again, Libby for your amazing service. I hope you’re treated like you deserve to be treated. You’re amazing!! :)Strawberry was excellent. Strawberry Cheesecake was ok and wasn’t impressed by Praline Pecan.I’ll absolutely comeback for some more Oreo Espresso & Strawberry for sure!!“
“Stopped in from out of town to grab lunch and we had the best experience! It took less than 5 minutes from the time we walked in the door before our food was at the table. We were greeted and the staff said goodbye on our way out too. Would give 10 stars if I could, they exceeded all expectations!“
“Jersey Junction is one of those special spots from my childhood, and I love that they have maintained their taste and quality over all these years. Jersey Junction has lots of flavors to choose from as well as other ice cream specials (and lots of candy to buy too, if ice cream isn't your thing). There is some seating inside and on the porch, but I mostly love picking up a cone and then walking through downtown EGR and along Reeds Lake. Bliss! You also will always get your money's worth - pictured here are single scoops of ice cream!!“
