“Came here today after eyeballing this place for most of a week... Max greeted us with a smile and pleasant attitude.

We've never been here before, so he was super helpful in describing things and helping us make decisions. He convinced me to get a bunch of freeze dried treats, so we could have awesome snacks on the go.

I myself got the Girl Scout. It was absolutely amazing and the mint-chip was so perfect with the warm brownies and fudge.

My GF got the cookie sandwich & was definitely happy with it. The cookie had the perfect soft/crunch ratio and the filling was great too.

My kids got the electric Lemonade and The Lucky Day. They were ecstatic to have such an overwhelming treat. The containers all come with lids, so if you don't eat it all, you can save it for later.

Again, shout-out to Max. He made our first visit there absolutely awesome & we'll definitely be visiting more often!

EXTRA: There's a park attached to the parking lot for kids to burn off all that ice cream.“

“For a fast food place, this was a great experience! We've always loved Sonic, but we haven't been in many years, and only in Texas. This is a Michigan location, and has a drive-in style option. It was delicious food, friendly, courteous service and wasn't too busy for 3pm in Grand Rapids. Our new fave place here to brave traffic for 💕“

“Just tried Tastefull Vegan Ice Cream today and it was FANTASTIC! I am allergic to gluten, dairy, some tree nuts and a few other things, and this is a game changer! I haven’t always been allergic to these things so I know what “normal” iced cream tastes like. This is the closest thing to normal ice cream I’ve ever had, maybe even better! My husband also had some and he does not have the allergic I do. He said it’s some of the best ice cream he’s had in a long time! We will definitely be back before the end of the season! Also, you have to try the pumpkin pie flurry and the banana pudding flurry!“

“We had just received our ice cream cones when a motorcycle went by and the driver revved the engine, it was so loud it startled us all. It startled our 5 year old son enough that he crushed his cone and his ice cream hit the side walk, he was so upset, he started crying. my wife said to the lady "we are going another cone". The lady said "we got this" and before she finished the sentence a hand came out the window with another cone!! They don't even charge us for the replacement cone! I'd say that's top notch service!!! I'd like to first start off by saying that the ice cream was great. The interior was very clean, bright, and lovely. Cartoons were playing on a large flatscreen TV—the atmosphere suggested it was a family friendly location. This was completely quashed, however, by the explicit music playing in the background. It completely ruined the atmosphere and soured my experience. Children come here, and that should be placed into consideration when selecting the music that's going to be playing while they're there. I'm no stranger to listening to music with suggestive lyrics, but there's a difference between hearing themes implied in lyrics vs. having them outright described without filter, especially in a public space. It felt disrespectful and inconsiderate, and this alone turned what would've been a five star experience into a two star one. I can't see myself coming back here until this is addressed.“

“We rented a Bumblebee Ice Cream Cart for our wedding instead of serving cake and it was a huge hit with our guests! The cart is so cute and a really fun and unique wedding dessert option. There were plenty of options to choose from so we had a great variety and they provided some dairy free and gluten free popsicles for guests that needed it. Amy was great to work with for coordinating everything. Delivery was easy and on time and we ended up returning the cart ourselves a few days later since we couldn't leave anything at the venue overnight which was a convenient option. Great experience!“

“Most often we have a great experience here, nice little ice cream shop.

I do have to say, today we had a young girl working the pickup window that was extremely rude. Slid the ice cream at myself saying I was wrong for my confusion on the size I ordered. At the end of the day it's just ice cream, but my wife and I were taken aback on how rude she was.

Either way, still deserving of 4 stars as we have had lots of great experiences. Just wanted to share the most recent.“

“I had such a great experience at Crumbl cookies today.
It was my cheat day for the month and I had been CRAVING. A soft cookie. I decided on Crumbl since it had been a while.
I went in and the store was clean, everyone seemed to be in a good mood, and the employee that helped me was really nice. I didn’t know what flavor to get and I didn’t want to get something and be disappointed, and jokingly told the employee that it would literally ruin my whole day if I took a risk and ended up not liking it. 💀🤣 which I mean is kind of true. So I asked which one was his favorite which was the Oreo one. I got it, waited maybe two minutes. And then a different employee handed me my cookie with a big smile on her face! I told her necklace was so pretty! Because it reminded me of lord of the rings.
Anyway, When I got to the car I opened the box, snapped a pic for the gram, then took a bite. It was SO good!!!! 😊😭🩷
10/10 will return for my next cheat day.

“I ordered two soft served ice cream one lemon and one vanilla flavored in a cone with nuts, turned over in a cup. It was so hot outside and I had to travel. My server put the ice cream in a cup and in another bag she put the cones. It worked out fine, because I had to travel far and the ice cream was still good, no spills. I love Woody's!“
