The iced and frozen mocha lattes were an absolute hit with our guests and quickly became one of the highlights of the reception. With more than 300 guests in attendance, Jam'nBean anticipated the demand and even brought in an additional barista to help keep service running smoothly.

Their team was professional, friendly, and well-organized throughout the event. We especially appreciated that they stayed beyond their scheduled time to ensure everyone waiting in line was served. That level of commitment and customer care did not go unnoticed.

“We went to the location on Plainfield this evening for dinner. We were greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant. Everyone seemed very friendly and the restaurant was clean. Chris the manager took our order, and let me tell you that he’s a wonderful person. I had a few questions as it has been a while since we’ve been to Freddy’s. Chris was very friendly and answered my questions w/out me feeling like I was bothering. The food was hot, the onion rings were awesome. I can’t recommend this location enough. I ordered ice cream to take home to the grandkids, the manager included a few toppings for them. I appreciate you so much! Awesome manager.. awesome customer service.. great food.
