We visited on a Saturday evening at about 6pm, party of 5. We walked right in and sat down, no wait. I ordered a beer, the POLOTMAVÉ, a Czech Amber, which I quite liked. For dinner I got a BBQ platter with sliced beef brisket and smoked chicken. The brisket was an up charge. I found the chicken to be nothing special, dry and somewhat bland. The various sauces helped. Went to blue tractor for “brisket and brews” event. It was amazing. The chef, Steven, explained brisket in detail and demonstrated how to trim it. Lots of fun learning about this. The beers were great, expertly paired. I highly recommend them!
