Recent Reviews
I had a great experience with my recent Cottage Inn order. I placed the order over the phone, and the entire process was smooth and easy. The delivery went very well, and the delivery person was especially patient, professional, and kind. I also really appreciated the excellent service and how everything was handled from beginning to end. Thank you for making the experience so pleasant, I would definitely order again!

The team at the Cottage Inn on Packard St Ann Arbor always comes through for my catering and big party needs. The online ordering menu works well, but then the delivery team brings it home working super well, on time with great communuication. We're a University unit with student events and we always come back to the Packard Cottage Inn for our big meals. Thanks team!
July 2026
Ordered pizza catering for a University of Michigan event, and the manager Julie was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. We had to add an additional dairy-free item the morning of, and there was no issue at all in doing so. Will use this store again for future catering, and we hope to be served by Julie again!
