“Paul, was amazing and his composure for handling something out of his control makes him a great leader. Today was national cheese burger day and the app was giving everyone online trouble Paul was very honest and didn't blame the customer but instead asked for ways to fix the problem. His honesty is what's needed in the world.“

“This was my very first time ever trying five guys. I loved that everything is made to order and fresh. They did mess up my order and then tried to make it right, even offered a milkshake to compensate for a problem during our visit which we were not interested in. So right before we were finishing up our meal, I'm guessing it was the manager, had come out to our table with a gift card for us instead. It was awesome that they tried to do everything they could to make it right and the food was excellent despite the mess up. Highly recommend a visit and definitely try their Cajun fries!“
