Panda Express in Ann Arbor

“I came into Panda on Sunday 5/24 during the noon lunch rush, and the line was literally out the door. Despite being there alone, the woman working the front never stopped hustling. She stayed friendly, efficient, and kept the line moving the entire time. That kind of work ethic and customer service deserves recognition. Huge shoutout to her for handling the pressure so well!“

“Somehow the best Chinese food on the west side of ann arbor. My food is always hot and fresh. If I have to wait I'm also not disappointed as it's fresh. There is a new manager I met today, she was so nice and enthusiastic I actually WANTED to tip, but they don't do tips she asked for a review instead of a tip.

I would give it 5 stars without her asking.“

My company ordered a huge order with Panda Express, not knowing the parking situation. I am 7 months pregnant and after a 15 minute drive, I realize.. there is no parking lot. I had to park at the nearest place which was about a little less than a quarter of a mile away in 80 degree weather. I get there and the order is HUGE. Jerry did not hesitate in offering and helping me bring this huge order all the way out to my car. We had a nice talk while walking all the way there and I sincerely appreciated him helping me. Otherwise I would've had to make multiple trips to and from my car. The food was tasty, I heard not one single complaint and they didn't forget a single order which is usually what happens anywhere else. Thank you Panda Express on State st and a huge shout-out and thank you to Jerry! You are a life (and back) saver!! ☺️“

“Disclaimer: I always order on the app. Saves me ton of time especially during lunch rush hour. All things considered the team here does it right. My favorite plate (dbl protein plate) always come put fast, efficient, and delicious. It overall just tastes better than the central campuses product. You also just can’t beat this (see first photo). Love this place🐼“
