Based on reviews, Paris Banh Mi offers a variety of dishes. The food is amazing, especially the pork chop rice plate, and the B9 Grilled Beef is spectacular. The grilled pork banh mi and spring rolls were delicious, and the egg rolls were really good. However, the pho broth is a tad on the saltier side, and the cost of pho keeps going up. The cheapest pho is $19, which puts a dent in the budget. The vegetarian banh mi protein would crumble and is served more like a wrap. Service is quick and fast, and the food comes out very quickly. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the staff are super kind and welcoming. The restaurant has a lot of seating and is tidy and well kept. Overall, it is pretty decent for Ann Arbor.
