Ordered slows from Mash bar. In the past, I had been underwhelmed with the bbq. Years later, the beef enchiladas were top notch and would 💯 recommend. Will be back! Waffle fries and sweet potato mash were also great
There were 4 of us that went. We had wings as an appetizer and taste was ok but skin was rubbery. Brisket was dry, Ribs were mediocre and sides were meh. I’m sharing this more as feedback to the restaurant vs other patrons.
Slows now inhabits what used to be Blue Tractor's... which was nice... but out of the 14yrs I've lived in Ann Arbor, I only visited 3x and once was because a friend asked for it. It wasn't bad... but it didn't stand out, like now it does as Slows. The food REALLY stands out... the only thing keeping this place from putting Satchel's out of business is how tender they make the meat... it's definitely not bad but not quite as tender as Satchel's....
