The women who work their are so polite, outgoing, and always get my order right. The location in Monroe and Dundee is always out of my tea and my muffins. You guys are always on top of things. Customers appreciate that. Especially when you remember them and engage with them.
By far the best Tim Hortons we have ever stopped at. Mr. Abe, not only took care of us with the most friendliest and professional manner, He went over and beyond to make the best experience possible for everyone. I just spent 30 minutes in the drive through with what sounded like a clearly frustrated employee. After waiting for my food for some time after paying in my own frustration, I hopped out of the car and decided to go in and see what was taking so long.
