Mr. Abe, not only took care of us with the most friendliest and professional manner, He went over and beyond to make the best experience possible for everyone. I just spent 30 minutes in the drive through with what sounded like a clearly frustrated employee. Staff are nice but I consistently get the wrong size coffee. I order a L and receive an XL. These guys aren't adjusting the sweetness when they do it. It's not bonus coffee when you can't drink it from the bitterness. Today, I order a large latte with whip and received something different without whip. I'm not sure what i just took a sip out of but it's not what was ordered. It was dumped down the drain almost immediately and now I'm stuck at work...
