“The staff needs to do some basic skills training for operating and ordering. If you are supposed to ask for a name with the order for pickup, then do so.
Don't argue with a customer because you don't have a name associated with and order, then blame the customer for not giving their name for the order. This has happened twice and one te it went out with another order.
If you're doing caller IDs and associating that one week, then going back to asking nothing to identify one order from another, then your business looks bad as they sent out customer's pizza to someone else due to no policy being followed.
Besides that issue, the pizza and bread are always good.“

“I just went there this past Saturday Dec 28th 2024 with my 5 babies and My Brother we each had a different plate my children range 17-5 My youngest is the only girl but all her brothers in one❣️ They have an amazing Crew❣️ Food was Nice size and DEEEELIIISH❣️ Someone Paid it forward and paid $40 of our Bill❣️❣️ So Blessed❣️❣️❣️ Fantastic place❣️❣️❣️❣️“

“I remember thumbs up from 20 years ago. He used to go there with my Uncle Larry all the time. I heard that it went down into the ground after I left the area. I also heard that he did a full renovation on it had nothing left but the shell. And I tell you what that this place is awesome. This is the first time I've been back in there since I've come back to the state. That bar looks fantastic. Love the urinals that are in the men's bathroom. The staff is friendly. The food was good. They even had like three or four different types of french fries you can order. Personally, I think it's a little many, but it is great to have that kind of a variety to choose from. I commend them on that.“

“👍👍We love their pizza and chicken tenders. One time our order was not correct, but the person helping at the drive through window could tell just based on the weight of the bag and had me open it up to check. I said that I was fine with the mistake and would take it as-is, but she insisted they make everything again and never charged me the (higher) correct price! Excellent customer service. Also, the meat-and-cheese nachos were lovely!“

“Great local spot with awesome vibes—welcoming for both locals and visitors. Feels like a cozy college or basement bar, complete with Christmas lights and low ceilings that add to the charm. The pizza is excellent, the service is friendly, and honestly, the bathrooms are much cleaner than you’d expect for a bar like this. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area!“
