“Nicole was our server, very attentive and fantastic providing recommendations on favored menu options. Shrimp scampi and filet bites for appetizers - Delicious! Dinner salads were even yummy, crisp, fresh vegetables and the dressing was so good! We all enjoyed different meals, eggplant parm, lemon dill salmon, chicken parm, and pasta pesto. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinners, ate too much, and recommend this restaurant AND server to anyone looking for a great place!”

“MBTB is a local treasure! The atmosphere is welcoming and perfect for a date night, friends getting together, or even stopping in by yourself! They have something for everyone and the service has always been amazing. I love the commitment to Michigan products from the wine to the snacks all the way to the merchandise. They also offer so many fun events and classes and put a lot of thought and creativity into everything they do! I have been to all of the locations and each one is wonderful. Cheers!”

“The cashier was completely rude to us for no reason upon checking out. We placed our loose items and small items on the belt. Everything else was single layer in the cart with the bar codes facing up for her convenience. But, after she scanned the cart full of items before us, she snapped at my husband. demanding everything be on the belt. This attitude was unprovoked, and not appreciated. And in the end created more work for not only us but herself while costing customers. I am not paying to deal with hostile employees. There are other warehouse stores like Costco & BJ's that would love and probably even appreciate our business.”

As for the atmosphere, it was a good place to work. All the seating areas have outlets - super convenient when working there. Wasn’t busy from 8-10am but starts to pick up after. Good spot!”

“I uad ordered a pickup order. Their food is seriously delicious and affordable! A real treat! The staff is extremely friendly and genuinely pleasant. The milkshake machine was acting up. Instead of just making 0excuses and offering a refund or a slush beverage as a substitute, they diligently worked to get the machine to work properly. They never lost their composure or behaved with anything less than total professionalism. It was much appreciated.”

“I got takeout and it was ready when I showed up. I can't speak to the atmosphere because I didn't spend more than about 30 seconds inside but it seemed clean.

“If I could give 10 stars I would! My family and I haven’t been this pleased in a take out order in a very long time and every single one of us LOVED our dishes! I got the Pho with extra rare steak (with an extremely generous portion of steak) I got the crunchy Cornish hen dish for my husband and sons and it was delicious and there were no leftovers at all, it was soo good! Mrs. Ho whom I spoke with over the phone was so polite and took specific detail to order when I asked for extra sauces and sides. We’ll be ordering regularly. Thank for a great dinner!”

“Been coming here for years. Food is great. Always get the soup, salad, and breadsticks. Can’t go wrong with that. I have ONE complaint though. It is a waiter whose name is BUCK (I think). He’s got a southern accent (or sounds like it). This man has been there for years. He is rude & condescending. He said to me and my family when I asked him if my son could have a glass instead of a kid’s glass, Buck said “Last time I checked, it was all over the table.” First off, I had no idea what he was talking about. Wrong customer he’s talking about, not us. Second, you don’t talk to customers that way regardless. And then we came back a few months later, and we were stuck with Buck again. We asked him about something that used to be on the menu and if they still served it and he said “Never heard of it.” We have witnesses him giving the same treatment to other customers as well. How this man has stayed employed this long I’ll never understand.”

“The new owners have improved the interior and it is now open on weekends, which is nice. They now encourage you to use an app instead of calling in orders, which charges an extra fee. Also, they removed the one item I've always ordered (since 2012) and liked most - Pad Prik, so I've mostly stopped going here.”

“We are in town and chose Papa Romano’s for dinner. We had pizza delivered to our hotel and it was amazing. They said 45 minutes and we had it in less than 30. Pizza, breadsticks and salad all very good and their ranch is one of the best I’ve ever had!”

“I was looking for a Buscemis as we had a road trip north & we wanted a couple subs. This Buscemis had what we were looking for. It was an early Sunday morning, yet they had a good assortment of subs available pre-made. They were delicious. It’s a combo convenience store, gas station and had we gone at a different time they would better to grill subs. Excellent location. Helpful staff.”

“I have been eating at, and ordering from, the various Bangkok Cuisine locations for over 25 years. It is the best Thai food I have ever had. I actually crave this food when I haven't had it in awhile.

Due to a series of very bad experiences with a different location, I had to find a new one. I was fortunate to find this one. It has different ownership, and it is obvious that the owners and the staff take pride in the business and are dedicated to making their food and service a quality experience.

I have ordered take-out at this location many times now, and I wish I had switched to them long ago. The food is always fresh, tasteful, and the quality is far above the other location.

My favorites are the Pad Kra Tiem Prik Taii and the Hot and Sour Soup.”

“This place the tea is reasonably good. But when you order bubble tea, you seem to have to tell them to add tapioca as a “topping”, otherwise there is no bubble in the bubble tea. This happened to me twice. I hate to be technical - but bubble tea means tea with tapioca. It is not a topping, it is a lifestyle.”

“I love Chili's, but this isn't my normal location. It's right outside of great lakes crossing mall.

Staff is wonderful and friendly, but the food was not so good. Chips were bland and the burger was salty and overcooked. I should have stuck with my usual, the triple dipper!”

“They absolutely loaded me up. Loved the food they were very generous with the meat and all the cheese. So greatful to have been able to experience the amazing atmosphere and it was honestly an out of body experience…Chipotle could never load me up like that. Absolutely recommend Qdoba”
