“In my life I never got to have the deli experience, meaning getting to go out for lunch or dinner. We grew up that we ate at home,and you ate what was prepared. Or you didn’t eat. Imagine my surprise first time at a Deli wow! To this day when I go in, what to get it all looks good. My mouth actually starts watering when I walk in. Now the main subject Breakaway Deli greeted by a wonderful person at the register, order was prepared in a timely fashion. Only to have a mouth watering to taste that beautiful sandwich! Don’t take my word stop by or drove over. Oh oh fast service and clean sorry to be long winded.“
“This is a great store! You feel welcome as you get greeted in. A lot of customers are known by name, and you can tell the owners care and get to know everyone. This place has probably over 1000 different varieties of spirits and if they don't have what you're looking for they'll get it for you. The owners are still chipping away at renovating but it's coming together nicely.“

“Pine Knobb Wine Shoppe is a wine shop, and so much more! Independently owned Pine Knobb has a fantastic selection of wines, beers, spirits, and liqueurs. Everything you need for your daily sip or a big social gathering. The walls of spirits is like being in one of those great whiskey cars that you see online and there’s depth in every section - Whiskey, Tequila, Mezcal, Gin, Rum, Vodka and lots more. The hot food counter serves up fantastic pizza and pizza slices that are perfect for a quick bite or a large gathering.“

“Tried this café for the first time today and wow, absolutely blown away. I came in during the lunch rush and even with how busy it was, everything came out fresh and full of flavor. The food was honestly the best I’ve had in a long time, so fresh it tasted like it came straight from the garden to my plate. And the prices? Perfect, especially for the quality you’re getting. Hands down, if you’re in the area, you need to grab a bite here.“

“Tucked into a little strip just off Woodward with office buildings all around, this suburban deli is probably the antithesis of a NYC deli: quiet, relaxing, more like a coffee house with food instead. They do a heck of a takeaway business as I found out while I ate in.An avuncular gentleman greeted me well before I made it to the counter. Great sense of humor, too. He joked with the other staff when not waiting on customers.I ordered a full Chicken Greek grilled wrap. Everything is available as full or half. Full wraps are $13, halves are $10. The other sandwiches are similarly priced.Only had to wait a couple minutes for my sandwich to be made.It was mildly flavored, the Greek/Italian dressing & feta really the only flavor involved. No olives, lots of iceberg and some tomato accompanied the chicken, as well. A touch dry, too.Plenty of seating if you want to stay. They even have electrical outlets under benches so you can recharge your electronic leash, I mean, cell phone.There is a restroom but you have to go into the kitchen to get there.
Vegetarian options: Salads, soups, quesadillas and sandwiches can all be had without meat.
Parking: 22 spaces in front.
Kid-friendliness: Unless your kids are feral beasts, they'll be fine here.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessed, no curb, double doors and an abundance of room to navigate. Plenty of tables to sidle the wheelchair up to, as well.“

“Delicious, healthy prepared food. Homemade soups daily. The tomatoes in the garden salad tasted live they came straight from the farm. The salad dressings are homemade. Cozy atmosphere great for lunch with friends or dining alone.
Parking: In the Michigan Design building. Easy to find. Park anywhere on premises. I took the shuttle from the nearby car dealerships while waiting for service.“
