Dear management… You need to review your staff.I ordered a coffee with a cream and a Splenda.I got given something with 3x cream and 3x Splenda.When I told the staff that, that isn’t what I ordered, I was told that, that was the way they made the coffee and that I was to take it how it is!When I asked to switch it to what I asked, being a coffee with a cream and a Splenda, the staff then told me that if they switched the coffee, it’d be a coffee with spit.Very disappointing,...read full review
Omg. I usually go to another Dunkin but this one was closer. I ordered a cold brew with cold foam and I watched the guy put coffee in and then put whipped cream. THAT IS DUNKIN’S COLD FOAM??? I’ve sent an email to corporate and waiting to hear back if this is a Dunkin thing or if this is an “owner of this location thing” because this isn’t right. Stay tuned because imma make this go viral.

I keep ordering a SAUSAGE egg and cheese croissant and they keep giving me their nasty BACON instead of sausage.No comments on if it's unavailable or what's going on. Just, here's food you don't like and didn't order. Coffees great but why charge me for the wrong food?Then your bacon isn't even good it's covered in sugar and pepper. Then the store doesn't answer their phone after the fact. Terrible service past couple times I've been here.
