We got 2 orders of shrimp and chicken. It was almost $30. The shrimp was good but the chicken was terrible. I'm not even sure it's chicken. It was rubbery and tasted like squirrel. And before you ask..yes I've eaten squirrel. Gross!!!!
Food was ok. Ordered beef with shrimp, California roll and 1 bottle of water - 19.97. Forgot to pick up the water that I ordered. 30 seconds later, he denies I paid for the water. Asked him to add pull up the past order. He gave attitude that I lied. Learn how to do customer service TokyoSAN.

The steak is not real and they don't speak english. I was robbed by them they gave me the wrong food and nobody speaks english. This is America you can't take my money and then just do what you want to do with it. Get somebody their to translate. Your horrible services is disgusting and refusing refunds is too.
