“It's a McDonald's. But the workers here are very very nice and sweet!!! Seriously, I've never had a bad experience ordering here. One time I was having issues with the mobile app, and the staff were very helpful and patient. I have to drive from Midland to SVSU for classes and have started going to this location instead of others along the way because the service here is so much better and smoother.“

The Sticky Brown Sugar Wings & Mushroom Chicken Flatbread were absolutely amazing! The wings were so good I didn’t even get a picture—they disappeared that fast! 🍗🔥 The beer list was solid, with several local taps and even a DC prohibition-style lager brewed crafted just for them. Great food, great drinks, and a spot worth coming back to and checking out if you have been!“

“I love the workers here. Fast and friendly. The store is always clean and inviting. The only problem is the inconsistency of my coffee. I order the same thing every time and yet it never tastes the same. Coffee at Bigby is not a cheap endeavor and I am obviously willing to pay the price but it would be nice if I got consistently good coffee for what I pay.“
