“This place was lit! Food was terrible!! Fries were either cooked twice, sat for 3 days before serving or undercooked. The employees is what made this place special in my eyes. ? Manager was talking mad words to the drive through customers. He told us, customers to use the kiosk to order as they were clearly understaffed and over worked. The other workers were arguing to each other making this atmosphere a pretty special place for employment. We were given our order #56 @108 today had it refunded for full refund 10 minutes later. I enjoyed my time there as seeing this generation collapse under the severe circumstances of sandwich making. I wasn’t pleased with the food at all but, let me tell you I had one of the best, free entertainment afternoons in awhile. Thanks Ronald ?“

“Absolutely loved my experience! I typically go to a shop in Bay City but decided to try something different and I was not dissapointed! The person working was so nice and a joy to talk with. I will 100% come back not only for the AMAZING boba but also for the great service. I highly reccomend taking your business here as they are very deserving of it!“

“Thank you to the person who gave me two packets of cream cheese with my delicious bagel. Seriously made my morning. What a cool cat. Hate when people only give you one packet for a whole bagel.
Drip coffee = remarkable.
Vanilla latte = delicious. And not just frothed milk like the other places.

“Giving a 4 because the employees are always kind, food is good but my hot coffee the last 4 times I have gone it has not been hot. Like so cold that I actually have to get to work and warm it up. Tired of spending almost $7 on a hot drink and it not being hot. Cold drinks are great except when I say light ice and don’t get light ice.“

“This was my third time in here. The first two times were right when they opened. The service was pretty slow, and I chocked it up to them just Opening, so I waited a while to come back. Came in on a Saturday morning for Breakfast. They had one person on the grill and one taking orders. The owner came in about 10 minutes later, but he was putting stuff away and not actually helping with the service. In my opinion, The wait to order as well as the wait to get the food was too long. They need another person helping to speed up service. They obviously have the customer base to afford one more employee.
Food was Absolutely delicious but priced a little expensive for the atmosphere and speed of service. If you want to charge premium prices on your food, you have to have premium service to go along with it.
Not quite sure what vibe they’re going for either. They Call themselves a bistro, but it was neither an original French bistro or an upscale Modern bistro. It had modern Bistro pricing with casual bistro environment. I also overheard the owner talking about possibly serving alcohol? Not sure what vibe they’re going for, But seems a little all over the place.
Take this as constructive, because I feel a few small changes could take this place over the top. If you’re going to keep the upscale pricing, Have an upscale atmosphere. If you’re going to have a casual atmosphere, price your food By the rule of thirds And increase service speed.“

“Like most people I don’t generally leave a review unless there’s an exceptionally bad experience to share. For once that is not the case. This morning was not particularly great for me, won’t go into detail but it was definitely one of those days. Grabbed coffee this morning from Tim Hortons and it was horrid so when I ran out for my lunch break early afternoon I decided to pivot and do Starbucks. Definitely the right choice. At this point I was just looking to have my day just not get any worse. Just wanted a coffee to get me through to the other side. But little did I know the day would take an awesomely positive turn. Hopped in drive thru, ordered and struck up a brief conversation with a very nice young lady over the speaker, Emily, while I waited to move up. When I tell you I didn’t realize I needed more than coffee to perk me back up. This woman was on her game. I guess you don’t really think about how much you’re missing casual polite conversation until someone hits you with a genuine exchange. Needless to say I cracked a smile following our banter and my day finally took a turn. If this girl sticks around to put some positivity in my cup I will absolutely keep coming back for refills. In this digital age it feels like there simply isn’t anything genuine when it comes to interactions with customer service workers. And I get it, it’s they’re work and they get tired and frustrated too. But man when I say this girl smacked me in the face with good vibes and a smile. Definitely a keeper.“

“This is my favorite Starbucks in the US. Having traveled all over the US and visited many Starbucks and family owned coffee shops (of course there are some good ones!) but this particular Starbucks never disappoints. Anything I’ve ever ordered here is always so good, makes me smile every time. The employees are always helpful and kind. They all deserve a raise, because this place is magical.“
