I ordered through GH and it was delivered pretty fast. But 20+ mins before they picked it up I called to make sure they could toast my sub. Bc there's no option to do so through the app. I was told it was already made. 25 mins early? Then there was no double meat on it or bacon like requested or mayo on the side extra. The food and service here is always quite good, and I love that they still have the old school early 2000s decor. That being said, I feel pretty terrible that there seems to be exactly 1 staff member tasked with running the entire store. He does a great job working with what he has, but it makes me almost not want to go in if there’s already a few people there.
would be great if I could add special instructions to DoorDash orders. Like more sauce. Tried calling and your number doesn’t work, thanks. I paid $22, not really happy
