Over all a good experience. Colleen did a good job and was very friendly. The table could have been cleared more quickly and there seemed to be staff around to help Colleen do that. It has a great view and the special turkey dinner as it was Thanksgiving was delicious.
Went there for our daughters 30th and to watch the Balloons take off over Lake Bellaire. It was wonderful. View was awesome, our server was very attentive and sweet. The food was great for a buffet. It's was a fun night made so by the atmosphere and staff at the restaurant.

I have had bad experiences at this restaurant in the past. That said, The buffet on Christmas Eve had good food and the staff in every area were doing a great job. Hopefully this type of service sticks around. It's a very nice atmosphere.
