“I came yesterday to get some sandwiches. Julian was fast and professional like usual. The man with red hair he was being really slow and he just seemed like he didn’t wanna be there. He seemed like he got very annoyed about taking orders and expected the other man to do it all himself. Like I’m pretty sure making sandwiches is how you get paid?? He was okay, just seemed like he didn’t wanna be there. He didn’t change his gloves after putting my food in the toaster. I don’t like seeing him and his girlfriend with the rainbow hair. I just don’t eat here when they are there. I’m only giving 5 stars because of Julian.“

“Went to Pizza Hut yesterday and the place was *buzzing*! The dining room was packed, a big group was getting a ton of pizzas, and the staff was still totally on top of it. Tae helped me out and was super friendly — double-checked my order and made sure everything was perfect before I left. Both employees kept things running fast and smooth, all while keeping great energy and smiles the whole time. Awesome service and great vibes all around!“

“Who reviews a Mc Donald’s? For the past 20 years it’s just been a last resort quick pit stop for food. I live downriver and the quality of the franchises there has been terrible. So much so I try to avoid Mc Donald’s as much as possible. However I stopped at this location a few weeks ago and the food was fresh and tasty. Not quite like the Mc Donald’s of the 90’s that I loved but pretty dang close. The fries were perfectly cooked. Not overdone nor over salted. Like someone said in another comment they must regularly change the fryer oil because the fries were great!!

I was so impressed that I have been craving them for weeks. I figured it was a fluke. No way is it going to be great twice in a row. I was wrong. I’m sitting here now completely satisfied with my order and how it was prepared. Now I can’t speak to the level of service because I ordered on the app and just waited until they called my number. No real interaction with anybody. But whoever is managing that kitchen is doing it right and the staff is following the lead. It appears that there is a good team effort going on here. I look forward to my third visit.

For the record I probably drive past at least a dozen Mc Donald’s locations to come to this one. But this one will be my go to location when I have the craving for some “good” Mc Donald’s.“

“I go here all the time and never have any problems. Some staff are nicer than others, but none have disrupted my day or attitude in a negative way. They’re fast through the drive though. My order is almost always right. I’d recommend this location.“

“My wife my mother in law & I all refused to eat burger king for years up until we moved to Belleville from Florida & they were the only place open late one night & they showed us that some burger king are still better than acceptable late at night with no options, but they're good enough to be actual quick dinner worthy“

“Stopped for a sub to-go. The person behind the counter was friendly, fast, and efficient. The restaurant was clean. In and out in about 5 minutes.

The sandwich itself was pretty good. The bun was a little dried out, but maybe it was supposed to be some fancy artisan bread that's supposed to be crusty. 😌“

“I want to leave a five out of five review specifically because of the employee working the payment window around 8:20 PM on December 18, 2025. I believe his name may be spelled Oluwaseyi, though I am not certain of the spelling. He also went by Shae, which I will use here.

From the moment I pulled up, Shae started a genuine conversation. He asked how my day was going and shared a bit about his, including going to see Zootopia and heading back to Grand Rapids for the holidays. We also talked briefly about my time in the military. Nothing about the interaction felt rushed or rehearsed. It was simply a kind, human moment.

This was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I have had anywhere. Shae was friendly, attentive, and very easy to talk to. His communication and people skills stood out in a way you do not see very often, not only in fast food but in many professional settings.

I am giving this store a five out of five rating because of Shae. He made a routine stop feel positive and memorable, and I have no doubt he will go very far.“
