I don't typically write reviews, but my wife and I came here tonight and the service was horrible. Whoever was taking orders on the drive-thru tonight had an attitude, was extremely rude and grossly unprofessional. My wife and I don't like the Belleville Rd location at night, but both of us wish we had gone there instead tonight. We go here quite often and have never had such poor service.
This location seems to be getting better. Sometimes the lobby is closed when they are under-staffed. Food portions seemed to have gone down. Expect to wait in line a good 30 minutes if you don't order ahead and pick up inside.

Please, Do not go to the Belleville road Taco Bell , they Only service, online orders, and they let their customers sit in the lobby and the drive through.It's just terrible.
