This location seems to be getting better. Sometimes the lobby is closed when they are under-staffed. Food portions seemed to have gone down. Expect to wait in line a good 30 minutes if you don't order ahead and pick up inside.
They always make a good breakfast burrito for me, they even made a mistake one morning when shortstaffed and let me keep the mistake burrito, gave me my breakfast burrito, a new drink, and some cinnabon things!
I visit several tacobell locations regularly. This is one of the best and my personal favorite! They have the breakfast menu, and as of this posting are not relying on the ai/robot in the drive through! It's so nice to have human customer service! Also the staff are always friendly, they always get my order right and make the food well. The location is also conveniently located near the highway so I can easily grab my food and get where I'm going. Highly recommended.
