Friendly and helpful customer service. I bought 3 vegan cupcakes and 4 regular cupcakes and they were a total hit. I needed them for a last minute surprise birthday celebration! They were beautiful and delicious, and everything was under $40. I will be back to try the other items, including the ice cream and other flavors!
Friendly, warm customer service. Amazing parfaits with pound cake, chocolate cake, and cream. Fancy cupcakes for parties and "just because," and fancy brownies. I got a pound cake cupcake topped w/ caramel buttercream, and a chocolate one with buttercream--and they were both delicious. Please support this wonderful, family owned business!
Worst experience ever, asked for rose gold cake, even sent pictures. Our result was a straight gold cake, when we asked them to fix it by changing the top to pink it just became worse, and now looks like orange with gold. A clown cake basically. This is the day of the birthday party and I’ve never been so disappointed. I would never recommend. Save yourself the time and go to sams club or meijer . I would recommend making your own cake before going to BTs.
