Republica is a pub with a lively atmosphere and a great selection of drinks. The menu offers excellent vegan options and tasty food for all, with dishes made fresh daily. The Dead Man's Handle, a tequila drink, is a popular choice. The beet burger, made in-house, is a standout dish, with generous portions and a delicious bun. The meat loaf is fresh tasting from scratch with a little something extra, and Mitch's pita bread and dip is fantastic. Fish & chips come out promptly and are outstanding, while the ribs have thick, flavorful sauce with just the right amount of zip and tang. Burgers, beef and lamb, look wonderful and are reported to be outstanding. For dessert, the homemade lemon cake with cream cheese frosting is lemony, moist, and dense. The service is great, with friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable staff who don't rush you. Overall, Republica is a great spot with tasty food, a clean space, and terrific service.
