Republica is a pub with a lively atmosphere and a great selection of drinks, including great beer and tasty, interesting cocktails. The menu offers excellent vegan options and tasty food for all, with dishes made fresh daily. The Dead Man's Handle, a tequila drink, is a popular choice. The beet burger is a standout dish, while the Revolution Burger is a revolutionary jump into what a burger should be. They have a nice patio. The service is great, with friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable staff. The Smyrna Spiced Meatballs are DELICIOUS, and the breadsticks and dip are an absolute favorite. Overall, Republica is a great spot with tasty food, a clean space, and terrific service, though some find the food overpriced and wish the fries were not so dry.

Great Food for our post memorial service. I have never been to Republica but was very pleased. Great service and very friendly.

First time eating here and we thought it was pretty good. We got the Pistachio Salmon and The Julia. Salmon was good and we both loved The Julia.

One of us has celiac so for others out there they have a good selection of gluten free options. All the handhelds can be served with gluten free bread which is what we got on the Julia. The bread was some of the better GF bread I’ve eaten.
