Two couples met for a night out. We were not disappointed; the food was delicious, the handcrafted cocktails were exceptional, and the service was spot on. The prices were a bit high, but no worries, "you get what you pay for". It was worth it!
First time for me and my friend. Very noisy restaurant. It's a smaller place, maybe because of that. I had fish&chips, always my "test object". I always think, if they can get this right, the rest is probably great too. But it wasn't all great: Fish was almost perfecr, fresh, fried perfectly. The fries, the toal opposite. Standard size, probably frozen. They were not made from scratch. Leaves a mixed feeling. Host/Waitress: Outstanding!
The Food and Service are absolutely the reason to visit Republica. Prices inline with current signature chef offerings. A bit noisy due to its small footprint, but easily tolerable. And, oh by the way, the bar tender is an absolute Pro. She knows how to make a vintage mixed drink (shaken and/or stirred.)
