Pizza is top shelf. Always quality ingredients, perfectly cooked, and a great blend of flavors. The salads are even better than the Pizza it’s hard to believe. They never made ahead and all ingredients are super fresh.
What makes this pie really excellent is the attention to detail. Really good fermented dough, with a unique flavorful sauce, and I know this sounds funny but the perfect amount of cheese. The basil is even embedded in the pizza perfectly instead of a giant garnish on top. It's constructed well with quality ingredients, but do yourself a favor and get a canoli for dessert on the way out (that might actually be the star)
Ive never been here before but we were in the mood for some good pizza, and this place was recommended with high praise. We came inside and the owner greeted us and took our orders we got a pepperoni pizza and the wait was only 15 min which is not bad at all. We got it and it smelled amazing, it tasted very good and above a lot of other places around. After having their pepperoni ill be back to try some other speciality pizzas they have.
