You customer are something else, first off rather you want to deal with the reality or not ...we are unfortunately under staff as we constantly informed customers of that. Most of you are not concern about that, which is fine...but with that being said... something come up a little short at times. That coffee goes as quick as we put in n it take 5 minutes to make. Ordered food for our office (right next door) to be delivered and it never came, the app told me it was delivered. I walked over to the store after calling several times with no answer and were told they could not help me that I had to call DoorDash. Called DoorDash, who also could not get anyone to answer the phone, and was told to call the store. Guess what....NO ANSWER!! Panera will never get another dime from me!
