“I don't like New Haven style pizza. Really. Not my thing. I always feel the flavor is lacking and the coal/wood firing can lead to burning and a bitter taste. But man, oh man. The Red Pizza here is something else. I'm not talking about the classic with the sauce and mozzarella. I'm talking about the one with only Romano cheese mixed into the sauce with no additional cheese layered on top. You'd think it'd be plain but it's one of the most flavorful pizzas I've ever eaten. Add some sausage, black olives, and onions and I'm in heaven. The other pizza is good, but probably something I wouldn't personally recommend. But the red.... the red will change your life. Probably my favorite pizza ever.“

“The food is great and at a great price. The service can be busy at times, but it's very fast, too. One time, they took too long to get me my food for my lunch break, but they made up for it with an extra slice, which is more than fair, in my opinion.“
