My 7 sisters and I were planning an outing for my birthday. I came across Zana "After Dark" on social media, read reviews , looked at videos, and decided Zana would be where I would celebrate my birthday. I called Zana two days before to ask if you had to make reservations or if there was a cover charge, I was told, "NO." On Saturday, October 5, 2024, we arrived at Zana After Dark, where there was a line, two of my sisters got in line, waiting for the remaining to approach. As...read full review

Zana is a restaurant that offers a vibrant and lively atmosphere suitable for various occasions, from family gatherings to date nights and birthday celebrations. The decor and cocktail menu are notable features. The restaurant's food is generally amazing and delicious, with the kitchen taking time with every dish. The shared plate options are unique, with the steak tartare being a standout. The ambiance is beautiful, creating a warm and welcoming environment. The service is excellent, with staff knowing customers' preferences and making guests feel at home. The restaurant has an attractive bar and convenient parking, making it a great choice for an upscale dining experience. Some dishes, like the tomahawk steak, are highly recommended, though recent visits have seen changes in preparation and taste. For example, the potatoes are no longer crispy and come baked rather than cut with crispy ends, and the steak has been fattier and less flavorful. The village salad is still good but needed more balsamic as before. Beverages like sodas sometimes come flat, especially Diet Coke, though the regular coke in a glass bottle is preferred. Despite these issues, the overall experience remains positive thanks to attentive service. The chef, along with the wait staff, consistently makes an effort to ensure guests enjoy their time. Zana continues to be a popular spot for those seeking a lively, elegant casual setting with great food and friendly service.
