Placed my order online and when I arrived they said they had no record of the order. Showed my confirmation email, the waitress printed the ticket and gave it to the kitchen. Took 15 minutes to get my food, my chicken pita had barely any tenders in the wrap as it looked like someone had choked the bottom of the sandwich and the foil and bottom of the sandwich were squished. I've been here a few times recently, and without trying to be too harsh, there were a few issues with the food being burnt and the flavors being off. We had a few dishes that arrived to us dirty and service was definitely lacking in both accuracy and attentiveness. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, so all I'll say is that a lot of things here could use improvement across the board.
