When times are tough I also noticed when this place is short staffed the employees continue to have a great attitude and patience with their customers. Today at 11:20 AM there was a man at the window I did not catch his name who went above and beyond and I have not seen that in years. God bless him and his co workers this location is amazing. Really appreciate what they offer they made my day
I come to this location almost every day on my lunch and usually it is a nothing but good/easy experience. Today I went through the drive though and whoever the employee on the speaker was, was so shockingly unkind. I didn't even complete two words after they asked "how can I help you" before they started raising their voice at me over the mic trying to argue because there was miscommunication on what I had said. Since new management took over a few months ago …. This location has been extremely better I no longer have to go out of my way to enjoy a Whopper… a favorite of mind since I was a child
