Xavier is the type of employee that every business should aim to have. Respectful, good energy, actually asked me how my day was going. Good energy means good food. Give that man a raise or potbelly will lose a customer. Shout out to Xavier.

I placed a Potbelly order through DoorDash, and the driver picked it up… but never delivered it. 😡 No updates, no food, and no way to contact the driver. I was hungry and frustrated.

I decided to call the Potbelly location directly, and that’s when Kim stepped in. She was incredibly kind and understanding. Even though it wasn’t Potbelly’s fault, she remade my entire order and made sure it was perfect before sending it out again.
