Beyond our expectations. Thanks to their pastry chef for adding this amazing decor to a birthday cake I ordered from Zalmans. This was their standard large size cake feeds 9-12. No extra cost and the cake itself was amazing and delicious. Not over sweet and perfect frosting too.! Great value and they went out of their way to accommodate us. Kudos to your pastry chef and service staff.
Zalman's exceeded expectations. The food is outstanding — beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and presented with real care. This is not hotel restaurant food. This is a dining experience worth seeking out entirely on its own merits.

I cannot say enough about the kind and professional customer service from Conner (apologies if I spelled your name wrong). My croissant was nice though my cappuccino, while decent flavor, was quite large (5-6 oz standard vs 16 oz received). The room service option is brilliant, as I am here for business and needed to catch up on emails before heading out for the day.
