While all the staff at this location are great, I want to call out Eli (worked pay window 9:30 AM 7/8/25). He nailed the 3 Ps of customer service (Professional, Polite, Personable).Great job Eli!
Unfortunately they have forgotten some of my food items on multiple occasions.
Came for the Snack Wrap, stayed for the top-tier customer service! Huge shoutout to Casey and Steven at the Ortonville McDonald’s for bringing the good vibes and making sure my Snack Wrap was worth the trip. Give those two a raise… or at least an extra fry! 🍟
