“The people doing the drive thru orders were as friendly and social as possible. Even struck a little conversation with that at 11:30 at night coming home from a concert! Also, I asked a place to get gas with it being 11:30 at night. And the guy pointed me to the right direction. I hope corporate knows to give the staff a raise! Excellent customer service. You NEVER get that nowadays! I will definitely make a half hour drive just to go to this wendys. The staff here are great!!!“

“This taco bell is one of the best in the area. The staff is sometimes short but always professional. Just in a hurry which is fine. The food is almost always perfect and the once or twice it hasn't been they've fixed everything for me and apologized. This is my preferred taco bell out of lapeer, metamora, oxford, and lake orion taco bells.“

“Tubbys is open from 11am to 7pm Monday through friday; and even though there's only one kitchen employee, he always does his best to make customers as happy as he can. Emad, the manager available in the morning hours, is a fun loving, helpful fellow who take the time to get to know his customers. He never takes a day off, and yet is always happy to address everyone with a warm smile. People leaving negative reviews have clearly never worked in a kitchen or gas station. Be kind and understanding towards your fellow man, don't just leave a false, poor review because it makes you feel big.“

“Not many Taco Bells left like this! Order was placed on the kiosk. Employee then let me know they were out of lettuce which was fine, that they asked if that was ok shocked me as that rarely happens in fast food anymore. Waited a few minutes for the food which is way better than the half hour waits at every fast food restaurant. Food was good and hot. Store was clean and didnt have the usual fast food ambiance of sticky floors, dirty tables, and trash everywhere. It seems that the management and employees take pride in this restaurant.“

“I don’t believe I have ever given a rating for a McDonald’s just because they are pretty much all that same. Once I. A while there will be outliers and this McDonald’s is one. The food is always ready quick and is hot. Most importantly is the friendliness of the staff. They are always friendly and smiling and I haven’t found a urine to be anything other than pleasant and very appreciative of compliments. This is a rare fast food restaurant I actually go out of my to purchase from.“

“Got my usual order from my usual tacobell, got a steak grilled cheese burrito and a bean burrito extra red sauce extra onion through the drive through right before close. O swear that grilled burrito was sent straight from the heavens, the best food I've eaten at tacobell, hands down. Hot, steaming. Perfectly cooked cheese and boiling contents with the freshest, crisp onions in my bean burrito. Ten. Out of ten.“

“I have been to basically every taco bell in the area, and this location is usually the best! I'm vegetarian and I often have problems with taco bell giving me beef instead of beans, but I have only had that happen once at this location, and when it did happen the staff was apologetic and replaced the food with haste.

When this has happened at other locations I was not met with kindness and my food was not remade.“
