I'm not from Michigan and never tried Jets Pizza before. I ordered 9 pizzas today for delivery. The guy on the phone was very professional and helped when I had questions about the pizza.

Just want to give a shout out to store manager Christian @ Jets' Brighton. Our recent text order was charged to our account twice. He was able to correct the error in a super timely fashion, and he took the time to make a follow-up call to update, expl, in, and refund the extra charge. Great pizza and 5-star service!
