We recently dined at Wooden Spoon for our Anniversary. We got a seat in the bar area because we didn't make a reservation. I had the short ribs with a mole sauce and my husband had a wagyu flank steak. We were both very happy with the meals. We had a flourless chocolate cake with a raspberry puree. My husband and I just had our first dinner night since having our first baby and I cannot rave enough about how incredible of a culinary experience we had here. We lived in D.C for three years and experienced some of the best restaurants and this experience was better than some of the top rated restaurants we experienced there. I had time before a meeting in Brighton and wanted to support a local restaurant. What a wonderful treat this was. Very nice outdoor seating. Excellent service from Karrie who guided me through the selection of local beers on tap. The mushroom/brie soup (their signature soup) was some of the best mushroom soup I've had and the cajun beef tip Caeser was excellent. Highly recommend.
