“I gotta shout out whoever is on Crunchwrap duty tonight. I only get crunchwraps twice a year as a treat, and I have been let down by the crunch wrap quality at other local tb’s. Perfectly distributed fillings and properly crispy outside, the meat was even cooked properly too! Other locations skip steps and serve subpar crunchwraps, but not Buchanan. Kudos, guys!“

“Mcdonalds food ia bad for you but dont go to mcdonalds if you are expecting fresh food. i drive alot for my job so i stop many plances and i gotta say whoever was running drive through was amazing. the lady who took my money waa very kind and polite. the lady who gave me my food at the 2nd window was the nicest lady iver ever met at a drive though window. good on youguys!“

“This is the best Wendy's in the entire area. I drive all the way from Mishawaka just to go to this Wendy's because every other Wendy's in the area sucks. If you like Wendy's you need to drive to Niles and you need to go to this Wendy's because they are awesome and the food is how it's supposed to be.“

“My daughter and I went for dinner tonight and there was a little mixup with our burgers, one was made incorrectly. I took it up to the counter and the gentleman immediately apologized and quickly got the fresh burger out. When I picked it up he offered a complimentary drink or shake but I ultimately denied it because we had already had some at our table. I wasn't upset, I completely understood and told them it was totally fine and there were no worries. But a few minutes later another gentleman in a black uniform comes to our table to sincerely apologize once again and hands me a gift card for my next visit. I wasn't expecting anything free in return for the small mistake but WOW!!! This service was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Thank you to both of the guys who went above and beyond today, I really appreciated the effort in making sure we were satisfied. We will absolutely be back.“

“A long day on the road in a truck sometimes leaves you stuck trying to find a good place to eat. Luckily I pulled in as they were closing, they saw my truck and opened the doors for me to order my food and offered to let me eat in, the customer service was above par for the modern restaurant, the food is fresh and fast. I'll definitely keep coming back to this location when I'm in the area, TY all for the service!

Kid-friendliness: Normally these chains are very family oriented, it may not seem like it, but I remember coming here often with my family!

“Very clean food is fantastic though the price matches love the memorabilia don't have to wait long if I have to complain about one thing it would have to be the brownie I got was a little crumpled and the price is a bit high but the brownie was still soft and delicious and the food is honestly worth it the employee service doesn't stand out than any other place pretty standard not rude at all but they aren't above and beyond like some other places“
