Can't give the staff at this location enough praise! I live in Niles and will be frequenting this Buchanan location from now on when I want taco bell. “It was a nice treat that the ice cream machine was actually working! However, they couldn't mix it correctly so there were toppings at the bottom and the server tried helping by dumping more on top. Neither one was finished and went in the trash unfortunately. Maybe next time.“

“We went through the drive through tonight and while checking our bag to make sure we got all of our food we noticed we were
missing a burger. I was about to walk inside from the drive through waiting parking spots when Hayden appeared holding the missing burger. After dropping off our food she realized we were missing a burger and ran out to bring it to use before we left. She apologized repeatedly but I feel like she didn’t need to because she solved the problem before I had to. The food was really fresh and delicious,

“Sometimes there can be a little wait in the school year as this is the notre dame eddy street location. It can get busy at times especially on game weekends and after brothers stops serving food and drinks. But for 5 guys they knock it out at such a high profile location. I have never had a bad experience myself just wait times you can't be upset about if you take into consoderation the worker to order volume ratio. Kudos to this well rounded young staff

Parking: Parking can be tricky as it gets congested. There is a very limited number of extremely "short termed" parking spots marked reserved in the back. Order ahead and be swift, in and out, so far i've never had an issue with any parking enforcement. 🤞🤷‍♀️“

“Kody Jordan and Kris all were wonderful and had good energy and Kris made my pizza BEAUTIFUL. Glove change because of my gluten allergy! Everyone was very sweet! It was a beautiful pizza and so delicious! Blaze always does me right with my gluten allergy needs!
