Rick Gilman and I recently hosted an event with the Lakeshore Corvette Club, where nearly 30 Corvettes with passengers cruised together from Holland to Caledonia. The venue went above and beyond by parking all of our cars together as a group and providing a spacious room where our members and guests could sit comfortably. This past Friday evening it took 1 hour and 45 minutes from being seated to receive our food. The wait staff only took orders from 1/2 our table and then didn’t come back until much later. I had to go find them. The food was good once it arrived, but the wait staff was frazzled and bordered on incompetent. Where is management? Who’s overseeing this disaster?
We love the Food & Drinks & Music & Staff & Atmosphere! Dine in or take out…we are grateful to have Butcher Block Social so close to home! Also, we really love the rewards point system! Such a nice surprise ❤️
