Fast, clean, honest service. When I asked about the pumpkin spice frosty, I got an honest answer. The guy said it's awful (but I got it anyways ?). I personally liked it but appreciated his honesty.
A little slow but worth the wait. Somehow one location that have 18yr olds running it, which is almost in a cornfield, has better food and service than all other locations in Michigan’s second largest city/metropolis area combinedFries were straight out of fryer and pretzel burger was on point

I went to Wendy’s tonight around 8:15 PM to pick up an apple chicken salad. I ordered on the app and when I pulled in there were four cars in front of me. The line moved very quickly. When I pulled up to the drive-through speaker the person I spoke with was very friendly. I pulled up to the window and the service was very quick and everybody I dealt with was incredibly nice and friendly. I got home to eat my salad and I was shocked at the quality.
