“Delicious smoothies! You can go sugar free here and they dates as an option to replace the added sugar. So much better than the typical smoothies places, such as Tropical Smoothie that adds pumps of liquid turbinado sugar and chocolate to all their smoothie. The tuna salad is delicious as well, and we will be back to try the breakfast wraps!“

I recently tried the cilantro chicken wrap and was genuinely impressed! The wrap was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The addition of crisp veggies and a light, tangy sauce pulled everything together without overpowering the natural flavors. “Employees at this location are always so welcoming when I come in. The smoothies are always so good and never watered down. I love their food too. This is one of the best cafes I have gone to in Michigan, haven’t found a better one yet!

“Was driven to come here by my teen age daughter. On this first visit of mine, I found out why Playa Bowls is popular with young people. The place looks hip, those collectible stickers, and the quality of the fruit/smoothie mix was great. A bit on the expensive side.“

“Really cute and stylish cafe. The owner is very sweet and takes pride in what she does. I've had the coffee, the smoothies, and some of the food, and it's all amazing. The music is great, and there is usually locally sourced artwork on the walls that changes frequently. I would love to see this cafe graduate to a bigger storefront someday so that they could display more local art. I've been here a handful of times since they opened very recently, and I look forward to coming back many more times. The smoothies are truly unbeatable! I'm excited to see what the owner does with the space as they settle in more.“

Another favorite of mine is the hearts of palm soup, and the berry RX smoothie. People comment on the price, but you spend the same at McDonald and that’s nasty!

“Let me tell ya something!!! Baby it’s halal!!! I come here 3x a week (they just hand me my order at this point) 5 stars across the board EVERY TIME! From the salads to the wraps! Customer service SPOT ON! My only problem is I need 64oz cups I down my smoothie before I pass 7/11 ?“

“My husband and I went for a lunch date. We enjoyed the wraps and smoothies. We tried the chili and it was good but more like a veggie soup consistency with a little meat in it but still good. Id have to say the pricing is high but we will be going back to try more.“
