“It was my first time there. I got the marinaded short rib and the thin sliced brisket. It was delicious! I was a bit nervous having to cook it myself but it was super easy short ribs where done like 3 minutes on each side with a cracking hot pan with butter. Brisket cooked even quicker. I didn’t care for the sides to much. Just not my cup of tea. I felt the portions could be bigger for the price. I easily ate the short ribs by myself for lunch. Then the brisket for dinner. It was about 72 dollars and I picked it up. The meal was ready when promised as soon as I walked in the door.The hostess Nicole was awesome! She packed up everything really nice for the ride home. She also took the time to explain what everything was and how to cook it. Thanks! I’ll be back again sometime.“
“I had just recently tried Kimchi Box out in Sterling Heights and felt I needed to introduce the family to the flavors. I wasn't sure if each location would be as good, but to my surprise, they are. The food was just as good as my previous visit. My family loved the Seoul Chicken sandwiches and the delightful red bean buns. Don't sleep on their potstickers as well, so good.Would recommend.“
“I love this place!!!!! if you want some pretty legit casual japanese AND Korean food.... this place is fantastic! the staff/ownership are super nice, the food is real, what more could you ask for? had the takoyaki today and holy moly was that awesome. tempura avacado with honey is delicious. bibimbap in the hot stone bowl is top notch. katsu curry rules. obviously their sushi is well made sushi. but there's so much more to this place than sushi. the wife enjoys the chicken fried rice. I always go in craving sushi and end up getting more. I've been going here since it opened.“
“Great service, funny and friendly. So many menu choices it was difficult where to start because it all sounds good. It was our first visit to this restaurant and again, another discovery in our own backyard. So glad we came here! We shared the Kimchi pancake- YUM! I had the Bibimbap on the stone bowl and then my friends had the bulgobi bbq and short rib bbq. The restaurant isn't set up to do your own bbq at the table but it was still DELICIOUS! We saw some people do hotpot at the table so we'll try that next time. I appreciate so much that we can have so many really great food in Canton with so many options. This mom and pop place is a hit! Come in large groups, come with a date. It's fun for all!“
