Starbucks in Canton

“I went to the Starbucks to pick up a few drinks and the barista there was such a delight. her name was razan and she deserves a raise. Literally the sweetest person I’ve ever dealt with. Did not have an attitude after I told her I didn’t like my drink and made sure I left the store Happy and satisfied.“

“Starbucks is definitely the first real chain of boutique coffee shops and the prices reflect that. The coffee selection here is pretty good and when I visited my coffee was made perfectly - I'm not too picky and only asked for one thing "different" with my coffee, but still! The best part was the positive staff working here. They were slammed with business as most Starbucks always seem to be, with a drive-thru line that stretched around the building yet they just steadily worked and served and smiled and laughed - it was nice to see! The only reasons I can't give this location 5 stars is due to the cramped quarters inside and the horrible location - it's very difficult to get in and out since the lot only has access from Lotz Road. When the drive-thru starts to stack it makes it very dangerous to drive in...customers coming out of the drive-thru drive way too fast on their way out and I've almost seen a number of people hit in the lot.“

“Reese is the best & most rocking barista @ the Starbucks located within the Target on Mich Ave. in Canton, MI! It was a sincere pleasure to meet her. She was sporting this awesome light blue leopard print hair dye style & I complimented her on it & I even asked her if it would be okay for me to take a photo of her to share with my daughter, who I knew would love it. Reese kindly obliged & gave me my coffee order. Then, I got my Target shopping cart & I could not understand why they no longer had coffee cup holders. I was half awake because I did not have a cup of coffee before I left the house & I just kind of stood there staring at my cart trying to figure out where I was supposed to put my coffee cup. To my complete surprise & delight, Reese kindly walked over to me & brought a special coffee cup hook holder which slides onto the cart. She put it on my cart for me & told me that they keep a basket of them by the register for those who buy a coffee from Starbucks. This was all new to me & I really appreciated her loving kindness that she extended to me. You get what you give. You rock, Reese! Keep up the great work!“

“Frequent customer and service this location is consistently good quality in the drinks/food they make, quality of service they provide, and they all seem to really embrace the team approach. I can’t say they never have a miss-step, we’re all human it happens; but in over 10+ years, I can’t recall a single time they haven’t offered to make it right. This location definitely stands out to other locations in SE Michigan.“

“On 4/30 I placed a mobile order and soon after realized I wouldn't be able to pick it up. I called the store to let them know and to just give it away. The individual I spoke with was so kind and said when I come back in to let them know the situation and they'd get me a new order. I was so appreciative and wasn't expecting that. The next afternoon, I went in, and the barista at the counter took care of everything. Tyvm!

As a decades long Iced Green Tea Latte fan, I love the new recipe for the Iced Matcha tea latte as well.“
