Tonight my kid picked up dinner for him and his siblings. When he got home his brothers nuggets were missing and he couldn’t find the receipt. I went back up and explained the situation and the guy working the window was super kind and had them ready in no time! Thank you Wendy’s! I fully expected to have to pay for a new order, but you made my day!
We had a problem with our online order, the Manager and Co worker handled our issue very professionally.. Will be honored to go back.
