Tonight my kid picked up dinner for him and his siblings. When he got home his brothers nuggets were missing and he couldn’t find the receipt. I went back up and explained the situation and the guy working the window was super kind and had them ready in no time! Thank you Wendy’s! I fully expected to have to pay for a new order, but you made my day!
Rude staff. From the manager to the crew. Clearly unhappy with their low paying jobs which is understandable but no need to be jerks bc you can't work together or do things correctly the first time.
Music was loud in lobby asked to turn it down due to my autism, she never did. Food sucked. Won't be back. Hope they get trained for customer service especially with their attitudes. Wow.

Why is the lobby ALWAYS closed?? Drive through is always backed up. Might as well shut down the location if it can’t be run properly.
