“Went to lunch today for my first time. We really liked it. People were friendly, helpful and efficient. It's clean and looks very nice inside and the food and prices were both very good. I know for sure we will go back again.“

Parking: Never once had an issue finding a place to park at this place, even though the parking lot is always packed

Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp inside instead of steps made it really convenient taking my elderly grandma who uses a wheelchair out to eat. Means a lot when not every establishment is wheelchair friendly“

“We ordered a couple burgers to go. Everything was great and big portions. Bonus that they offer vegetarian options (very limited places in Charlotte offer vegan/vegetarian options)!! Highly recommend Thirtsy Bird!“

“I had an object in my food. I brought it to the attention of the store. The first they asked was "Was anyone hurt?". I appreciated the young man's seriousness with the situation. He offered me something for my trouble but I declined (a thoughtful attempt). He took my information and the manager follow-up with me the next day.
