“I ordered online and thought my order was sent, unfortunately after checking I had missed a step. The employees working were very friendly, and with much patience help me sort out the problem and quickly processed my order!
Ezra, the young man who I've dealt with previously, was who waited on me again tonight, he obviously knows his job and has excellent customer service skills. He never seemed annoyed with me even tho I walked in during the busiest time of the day with problems that he quickly found solutions for. He made it look effortless! Thanks SUBWAY! And especially Ezra for such a pleasant dining experience!! I'm not sure where he ranks in the position department, but his potential should be recognized and considered one of this stores most greatest assets!“
