Subway in Kalamazoo

“Eliseo in the computer lab is exceptional! On the other side of the campus, zero stars, the library loaned me a laptop; I was over excited about it! They took that excitement back by taking the laptop after 4 weeks! The semester is for 12 weeks. Can anyone make that, make sense 🤔“

“The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the overall dining experience enjoyable. Additionally, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the cleanliness of the restaurant was impressive. As for the people, they were polite and respectful, creating a pleasant and friendly environment. Overall, I had a great time at that Subway!“

“I hate to go into a restaurant close to closing time , I know people are ready to clean up and go home. Unfortunately I couldn’t get there until about 15 minutes to close, both employees were so nice! If it bothered them they didn’t show it. The food and service were great..“

“I often stop into this location for a sandwich after getting my groceries. The store is always clean, the service on point, and the bread and veggies are always really fresh. The lady working is friendly and fast, which I really appreciate! Definitely recommend!“

“Phenomenal staff!! The crew went above and beyond to contact me to let me know they believed my card information was stolen and was being used to place several back to back orders at their store.I hung up and blocked the first caller after assuming it was a scam (poor phone service on my end made the callers voice inaudible + I’d never lived in, near, or even been to Michigan before). The staff continued to make efforts to contact me from their personal phones, and when I finally answered again they alerted me of the theft. Because of their quick thinking and continued efforts to call me, I was able to cancel my card quickly without any major purchases going through! Their local police even got ahold of me with case number to give my bank to ensure I would be refunded.I can’t thank them enough for their consideration and kindness towards me!!“

“I don't want to hate anybody but I'm disliked by many people who are not my friends or my family so I'm just trying to be honest about this and we've been together for 14years and I'm still not sure what they want to do with us.“

“The friendliest staff very helpful and kind. I didn’t get the two gentlemen’s names but he said he’d been there for two years and his experience, skill and customer service definitely showed that! I will be returning because of their excellent service! Thanks for the cookies xx“

“The nicest lady just helped me! I came in very unexpected with a catering order that you typically have to order ahead for and she not only still did the order for me immediately but she was so kind even offering to help me carry it to my car. She was AMAZING and so kind. ❤️“

“The staff is very kind and courteous the store itself has just gone through new renovations which now allows people with handicaps more seating options butt sorry no restrooms.

Parking: They have just done road renovations to open up more parking space

Wheelchair accessibility: Was recently renovated to accommodate more people with wheelchairs and disabilities“

“5 - 28. Great service from Palak. Very kind with a smile, fast and professional. Store very clean from tables to floors. Didn't need it but still checked bathroom Proudly clean. Used my SW app for coupon plus $2 of points My foot long was under $6“

“In reference to the review right before this one: them putting it in the paper bag was because it was a melt. They put everything on it, close the sandwich, and toast it in a paper bag. My little sister got a ham and cheese melt at the one in the mall and they left it in the paper bag there, too. This is honestly one of the cleanest Subways in town every time I've ever been in there (many, many times). Their meats and veggies are bar the freshest of any subway within a 20 mile radius and their toaster oven ALWAYS works!!“

“I just had a wonderful experience buying a couple of subs for me and my Dad. I live down the street and sometimes Subway is what I am craving. I always have a good experience at this location. The staff are friendly and do such a good job. I like to get a foot long Black Forest Ham with some bacon. I usually eat half and have a nice side salad for a healthy dinner. Let's show our neighborhood Subway some love and the wonderful employees who work so hard. Don't forget to tip! They really earn it with their excellent work :)“

“Was only one worker and she had a sling while working through tears, apparently she has a hernia in her disk and decided to come to work out of fear of being fired, my son and I felt bad for her and told her to take her time and that it was okay, we made sure she did not exert herself with sandwich making, she did well and feel she deserves a raise and paid time off to heal, her name is Alicia and she deserves an excellent compliment from everyone when you visit here“

“i work a few stores down from this place and every time i get a sandwich for lunch while im at work the employees are kind and polite :) they always make my sandwiches perfectly and wish me good luck during my shift! always appreciate these guys 🩷“
