Jet's Pizza is a popular restaurant known for its consistently good pizza and friendly service. Many customers praise the pizza, especially the Jet10, which is often described as perfectly cooked and sauced. Several reviews mention that the pizza is made exactly how customers like it, with fast delivery straight from the oven to their door. While some find that taste can vary between locations, the Jet's Pizza on 15 Mile and Dodge Park is frequently noted as a close second to the best one.
The staff at this location is highly appreciated, with customers highlighting excellent customer service, especially from employees like Mason, who is described as friendly, helpful, and offering discounts. The overall atmosphere is welcoming, and staff members are attentive and kind, contributing to a positive dining experience.
However, some reviews mention minor issues, such as the BBQ wings lacking enough sauce or the BBQ pizza being dry and having the wrong toppings despite paid extras. Despite these occasional concerns, the general consensus is that Jet's Pizza offers great-quality pizza with fast service and friendly staff, making it a favored choice among customers in Michigan.
