The manager is very polite and provides great and timely customer service. I frequent this location and to say that the staff is uninterested would be overly positive. I usually walk in because often times they screw up my order, even though I ask politely for "no cheese or meat" on a breakfast sandwich due to allergies.The place is often dirty and messy. I'm sitting here now and out of 8 tables, 1 is clean. The floors are full of stuff, the runners especially.
I give this location three stars. Initially when I started going I was really impressed but sometime around Halloween last year something changed. My orders started getting mixed up. My frozen drinks aren't always frozen. And occasionally, an older woman answers the head set, and she is the most MISERABLE sounding human being I've ever experienced in my life. Very short. Very rude. Maybe I caught her on an off day that day but if you're serving someone first thing in the morning...read full review

Price point is better than most. Drive through is a roll of the dice. You might get what you ordered? Scary if you order anything but Black on the coffee. They just put in what they want. Not what you asked for. So I only ask for Black coffee.
